Flank steak is a long, flat muscle from the cow's lower belly. Juicy and thick with lots of flavors, it can be prepared in a variety of ways - grilled for delicious fajitas, stir-fried in a spicy Korean Beef, and sliced thin for awesome sandwiches on sourdough bread. Our beef is raised at the foot of the Pintler Mountains in Philipsburg, Montana, and is 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, and free of hormones and antibiotics.
