  • Chuck Steak - 3 lbs.
  • Tri-tip - 3 lbs.
  • Fajita Meat - 9 lbs.
  • Kabob Meat - 5.5 lbs.
  • Ground Beef - 100 lbs.*
  • Korean Style Short Ribs - 7.5 lbs

All weights are approximate and may fluctuate slightly.

* Beyond the deposit, prices are for cash only. 

* Up to 50% of Ground Beef can be substituted for Ancestral Blend Ground Beef.

This is a deposit towards the total cost of $2100. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred. All Whole/Half/Quarter/Eighth/Sixteenths will be butchered in the fall. Final payments and delivery dates can be arranged via email after your deposit is made. 

Fall 2025 Butcher Dates, please indicate in notes if you would like an October, November or December pick up date.
