Sixteenth Beef Package Information:

• Ribeye - 1.5 lbs. 
• New York - 1 lbs.
• Tenderloin - .5 lbs.
• Sirloin - 1.5 lbs.
• Chuck Steak - 1 lbs.
• Fajita Meat - 2 lbs.
• Kabob Meat - 1 lbs.
• Ground Beef - 11 lbs.*

Customizable: Mix and match between cuts listed below:

• Chuck Roast - 2 lbs.
• Osso Bucco - 1.5 lbs.
• Stew Meat - 1 lbs.
• Korean Style Short Ribs - 1.5 lbs.

All weights are approximate and may fluctuate slightly.

Nitrate/msg free Bratwurst + Hot Dogs available for $9.25 per package with bulk purchase.

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef and Burger Patties may be substituted for Ground Beef

This is a deposit towards the total cost of $275. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred. All Whole/Half/Quarter/Eighth/Sixteenths will be butchered in the fall. Final payments and delivery dates can be arranged via email after your deposit is made.
