Quarter Beef Package Information:

• Remaining balance will be paid via *cash or check* upon delivery.

• Ribeye - 5 lbs.
• New York - 4 lbs.
• Tenderloin - 2 lbs.
• Sirloin - 3 lbs.
• Flat Iron - 1 lbs.
• Skirt Steak - 1 lbs.
• Bavette - 1 lbs.
• Chuck Steak - 1.5 lbs.
• Fajita Meat - 4.5 lbs.
• Kabob Meat - 3 lbs.
• Ground Beef - 50 lbs.*

Customizable: Mix and match between the cuts listed below:

• Chuck Roast - 4lbs
• Rump Roast - 4lbs
• Brisket - 3.5lbs

Korean Style Short Ribs - 4 lbs.

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef and Burger Patties may be substituted for Ground Beef (limited quantities).

This is a deposit towards the total cost of $925. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred. All Whole/Half/Quarter/Eighth/Sixteenths will be butchered in the fall. Final payments and delivery dates can be arranged via email after your deposit is made. 

Fall 2025 Butcher Dates, please indicate in notes if you would like an October, November or December pick up date.
